@Cars_in_Monaco I heard the only pics you can't take in North-Korea,are the ones wich show that North-Korea is very poor,take pics of luxury cars is allowed,also planespotting is allowed :)

This is most likely spotted in Japan rather than North Korea. First of all, the spotter has uploaded some spots from Japan before. And second of all, just think about it with logic, why would there be an NSX with Japanese plates in a small town in North Korea? The location of the spot should be changed.

@ST22HTV I mean, arresting someone for owning a car (which was no doubt bought legally) is a bit stupid, since the only people who should be arrested are criminals.

@Hyenaboy i didn't mean my comment totally seriously but North Koreas laws and punishments can be pretty severe. Of course they wouldn't arrest someone for owning a car.
