According to this page (and some other articles I found) the main update is in the interior. And the V8 versions stayed unchanged:

So, there shouldnt be a category for the 2019 model, since there are no outer differences.

Damors: There are two main differences. For example the whole front bumper is changed since 2017. Look up the 2017 F-type it has shark gills in the front but the 2018-2020 has two big holes like this one. The rear lights are slimmer LED also and darker. So this car is made 2018 but a 2019 model year.
